I. Training Services
SDM Conducted many trainings which lead capacity development of LNGOs, INGOs and GOs Staffs. SDM’s Trainings can be categorized by following;

1. In-house Training
This kind of training is designed by SDM according to demand of Development Staffs. SDM setup the Courses and Design the training. Mostly trainings are very short duration (2 or 3 days) and on Week-end. The reason is to be more accessible for Development Staffs of any sector. SDM announce the training date, duration, agenda and invite to register each training.
2. Tailor-Made Training
This kind of training is designed by SDM and Client Organization together. SDM discussed with requested organization related to training impact, training outcomes and syllabus of training. 3. Online Training
This kind of training is designed to be accessible for Development Staffs from Remote Areas. SDM use Recorded Video Lectures, exercise-based learning, quiz-based learning to be effective learning zone. SDM is trying to open some training courses as Online Trainings.
II. Facilitation Services
Facilitation service is one of our uniqueness. SDM poss two SPOT on Facilitation Trainers. Facilitation is very new in Myanmar. In Development Field, Facilitation is commonly used. But professional process facilitator is very rare. SDM can facilitate meeting, workshop, forum and conference by facilitation skills and scientific tools/techniques. SDM is ready to discuss about effectiveness of your workshop/meeting/forum/conference.
III. Consultation Services
SDM consult about some organizational development (for example; Strategic Planning, Organizational Capacity Assessment). And SDM is expert in Designing Training, developing Curriculum and Trainer Guide Book for Any Sector.
